This is to inform you that we have postponed the regional trip until September.

This year to Daugavpils. The trip is organised jointly with our Executive member, the Daugavpils University. During the visit, we will meet the local government, familiarize ourselves with two international companies, and enjoy a relaxing evening at the Silene Resort & SPA. Morning coffee and dinner are included in the participation fee; however, the accommodation is at your own cost. We have agreed on 70 €/single at the Silene Resort & SPA.

Daugavpils is a state city in southeastern Latvia, located on the banks of the Daugava River, from which the city derives its name. The parts of the city to the north of the river belong to the historical Latvian region of Latgale, and those to the south lie in Selonia. It is the second-largest city in the country after the capital Riga, which is located some 230 kilometres (143 miles) northwest and is the ninth most populous city in the Baltic states.

Getting to Daugavpils and back is not included in the price, and everyone is responsible for themselves. Those who do not have a car can take the train at 07.31 (Riga-Daugavpils), arriving in Daugavpils at 10.46, or negotiate a place in the car with one of our members or partners. Please inform us about your choice of transport. Also, tell us about your hotel reservation.
