On March 6, 2019 (Order No. 109), the Latvian Government approved an “Export Development Plan of Health Care Services for 2019-2023“, identifying priority sectors and export markets in the world. On June 27, 2019, LIAA invites our members, tourism companies, tour operators, hotels and other institutions working in the health and tourism sectors to join a roundtable discussion, focusing on what does the „Export Development Plan of Health Care Services for 2019-2023” imply and how the local players can join in and benefit from the implementation of the strategy?
Some additional topics we will focus on:
• Which sectors and what countries are targeted and what activities are planned in each of the priority markets?
• How can Latvian health care providers, tour operators, hotels and other related companies join in attracting medical and health care customers from abroad!?
