Joint Chamber Luncheon

Ms Straujuma (Unity Party) is the first woman to become the Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia. Her Government was approved by the Saeima on the 22nd January 2014. Previously, Ms Straujuma was the Minister of Agriculture. She has also been the State Secretary and the State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of the Environmental Protection and Regional Development.

Ms Straujuma holds a PhD in economics.

Our guest will be the Prime Minister who will speak about the priorities of her Government and the outlook for Latvia.
