On the 14th December Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia present ”Lunch with the Mayor of Riga”.

Lunch with the Mayor of Riga is a great opportunity to be updated on Riga City from the Mayor himself and at the same time enjoy lunch and networking opportunities with fellow business owners and leaders.

11.30 – 12.00 meet & greet, networking, mulled wine & snacks
12.00 – 12.30 main course
12.30 – 13.30 presentation, Q&A
13.30 – 14.00 dessert, tea/coffee, informal discussions

Pan fried fillet of guinea fowl
Sautéed green lentils with parma ham and shallot, roast root vegetables with mustard and green pepper sauce

Served with fried red and yellow beetroot with honey and chilly glaze
With organic salad leaves and ciabatta crisps

Dessert
Fresh berries “Pavlova”
Crispy meringue served with vanilla cream, fresh berries and marinated cumquat

One glass of red or white house wine per person
