1. 1. Welcome by Ms Ilze Kreslina, Chairperson of the Board, ILCC
   2. Welcome by H.E. Jim Hennessy, Ambassador to Ireland in Latvia
   3. Welcome speech by Ms Inese Voika, member of the Saeima Group for promoting cooperation with the Parliament of Ireland
   4. Determination of quorum
   5. Appointment of the Chairman of the General Meeting and the Secretary
   6. Appointment of a counter of votes
   7. Agenda
   • Presentation of the proposed Agenda and its approval
   • Reports for the Year 2018
   • Adoption of the Finance Report for the Year 2018
   • Election of Board Members 2019 – 2022
   • Appointment and authorisation of a person or persons who will lodge notice of Board changes and any other necessary documentation emanating from the AGM with the Register of Associations and Foundations;
   • Closing of the meeting

We are looking for a new candidate for the Chamber’s Board! There are three positions on the Board up for the election. If you wish to guide the Chamber’s strategy and activities then this opportunity is for you. We would like to encourage you to consider nominating yourself for the election. To be included in the list of candidates, send in your self-nomination before March 6, 2019.
