The Foreign Investors Council in Latvia will hold its 29th High Council meeting with the Government of Latvia on October 30th and 31st.
This year’s meeting will focus on three key topics:
– Fair and robust competition,
– Public procurement,
– Good governance & effectiveness of public administration.

High Council Networking Dinner
Additionally, on October 30th from 15:45 to 18:30, FICIL will organise the High Council Networking Dinner at Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel (Reimersa iela 1, LV-1050). This event will provide a great opportunity to engage in lively discussions with foreign investors and key public sector officials. ILCC members are invited to participate in the dinner for a fee of EUR 50 + VAT (as the ILCC is a VAT payer).

The number of seats is limited; thus, the organisers will close registration as soon as the venue`s maximum capacity is reached. Once the registration is closed, the FICIL will send an invoice to the ILCC, which will invoice each member who has signed up for the Dinner.
Conference at Saeima
Following the High Council meeting on October 31st, you are kindly invited to another conference – “Sustainability for Economic Resilience”, organised by FICIL and CSR Latvia, Sustainability for economic resilience_Draft Agenda25. The event will take place on October 31st at 13:30 at Saeima (in Latvian). The draft agenda of the conference is attached to the email. You are welcome to invite your members to this conference as well. If you wish to join this conference, you are kindly asked to complete a separate registration form. As the number of seats is limited, FICIL will close registration as soon as we reach the maximum room capacity. Participation is free.
