We will have a special guest from Ireland – NOEL LYONS, musician and poet, who is well-known to many of you.
Program
3 course meal prepared by the owner and chef of the ‘’Grāpis’’ – Edgars Zakis who has lived in Ireland for 14 years, returned and opened his catering business in Latvia;
‘’Tullamore Dew’’, Irish whiskey, cocktails all night through, prepared by Gvido Elksnis, the Ambassador of Tullamore Dew in Latvia;
Irish Dance Studio ‘’CEILI Rue’’, director Ruta Kapustaite;
Marko Ojala – born in Finland, but feels like a Latvian at heart and plays music like an Irishman;
Noel Lyons – an Irishman from Ireland but in his heart a true Latvian who performs in English and Latvian Raimonds Pauls and Gunars Meijers

Filo Pastry Parcel (Crispy filo pastry parcel filled with crumbled white cheese, caramelized leeks, and hazelnuts, served with apple purée and herbs)

Braised Beef Cheeks (Slow-cooked beef cheeks, champ mashed potatoes with chives, glazed carrots, swede, parsnips, and thyme sauce)
Portobello mushrooms (Baked portobello mushroom caps, colcannon mashed potatoes with kale, caramelized onion, and Cashew nut cream sauce)
