Business Efficiency Association unites 70 companies (http://www.efektivs.lv/?mid=26) and professionals from various industries in Latvia. Organising different activities BEA`s aim is to increase business efficiency in Latvia by practicing Lean, TOC and other similar methods.The core idea of the Lean methodology is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources.
