Chef Edgars Zaķis from Dublin Conducts a Workshop on Irish Food in Kuldiga
On the 15th March at 11.00 a.m. the Chef from Dublin Edgars Zaķis will conduct a workshop on the traditional Irish food. The workshop is the result of the cooperation between Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Kuldiga Technical School.
Later in the year it is envisaged that the students from Kuldiga Technical School will conduct a workshop on Latvian food in Dublin.
