Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce Meets Fingal Dublin Chamber
On the 21st of October the delegation of Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce headed by Ilze Kreslina, Chief Executive, met with Mr Tony Lambert, Chief Executive, of Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce is the accredited Chamber for the entire Fingal Region stretching from Blanchardstown in the west to Swords, Malahide in the east and Balbriggan in the north. Fingal is home to some of the best and most outstanding multi-national companies from across the world that have chosen this region to invest in and to create jobs for the well-educated and skilled workforce in what is Ireland’s fastest growing local authority area with the youngest population. Companies such as Aramex, Astellas, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment, Ebay, Guidewire, Hertz Europe Service Centre, IBM, Ingersoll Rand International, Liberty Insurance, Mallinckrodt Medical Imaging, MSD,PayPal, QLogic, Regus Ireland, Rottapharm, SanDisk International,Siemens Ireland, Sonopress t/a Arvato Digital Services,Symantec Ireland and many more have established successful operations in Fingal.
During the meeting both Chambers discussed the ways of cooperation in order to foster the relationship between Latvia and Ireland.
Chambers agreed to organise Breakfast Networking in Ireland early spring inviting also Greater Dublin Chamber to present the business opportunities in Latvia followed by a trade mission from Ireland to Latvia later in the spring 2015.
