Joint Chamber Business Breakfast

On the 15th June Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia organised Business Breakfast with the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Latvia – Mrs. Dana Reizniece – Ozola. The topic being on the agenda was about the priorities and directives in Latvia tax system as well as plans for the budgeting issues for 2017.

 

 

Dana Reizniece-Ozola has been the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Latvia since 11 February, 2016 in the government of the PM Maris Kucinskis. Before that she was the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Latvia (5 November 2014 – 11 February 2016).

She has been elected as a Member of the 10th, 11th and 12th Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and worked as the Chairperson of the Commission on Education, Culture and Science, Member of the Legal Affairs Commission and Member of the European Affairs Commission.

All in all there were more than 50 people who attended the Business Breakfast served on the 27th Floor of the Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija with a splended view to the city.
