Latvia – Gateway for Irish Businesses to Vologda
During the visit to Ireland in October this year Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Vologda Tourism Union in such a way opening doors for Irish tourists and business people to Vologda and vice versa.
The Memorandum of Understanding envisages efficient and open cooperation promoting business, culture, sports among Ireland, Russia and Latvia.
