Presentation on Latvia for Mayo Council

On Monday, 16th May, Ilze Kreslina, ILCC Chairpoerson together with the Latvian Association in Ireland ”LatWest” made a presentation to the most senior officials of the local municipal authorities. It was an outstanding success in building bridges of understanding and information which will lead to a celebration of Latgalian and Latvian awareness of business, culture, and history in the west of Ireland next September. She spoke eloquently of her experiences and of the benefits of visiting and doing business in Latvia while promoting the very high standards of Latvian multiculturism and polylingual skills which would be a huge asset to Irish business interests in the Baltic region.
