Dear ILCC members, partners and friends,

We are pleased to invite you to the Season opening dinner ”Riga on the River”. The title of the dinner is due to the location of the restaurant with the spectacular view to the panorama of Riga.

                   (incl. 3 course dinner, 2 glasses of wine, tea, coffee)
 
​During the evening: This year we support the initiative to assist low income families to prepare their children for the school year (Charity Society ”Labdaribas lapa”).
We will have the Traditional Charity Raffle, tickets will be available at the fee for 10 EUR/5 tickets and 15 EUR/10 tickets.
 
The Dinner menu

Starter:
Layered soft cheese and vegetables, complemented with fig jam and Riga Black Balsam reduction

Main course :
Fried sea trout with potato-crab meat purée and lemon sauce

Pork fillet with mushroom sauce, served with bulgur and vegetable julienne

Dessert:
Home made bird’s milk with strawberry cream and glazed poppies
