You are kindly invited to the Joint Chamber Discussion ‘’Wind Opportunities – Green Energy Potential in Latvia’’ on the 30th of March from 11.30 – 14.30 at the AC Hotel by Marriott Riga. The event is organised jointly by British, Irish and Swiss Chambers of Commerce in cooperation with and supported by the Wind Energy Association in Latvia and Department of International Trade of the UK (DIT).

Electricity prices are rising, with Latvia dependent on foreign supplies and stock exchange prices. Wind is a renewable natural resource that will last as long as the sun shines. The wind energy industry is developing rapidly in the world. What are the opportunities in Latvia? What will we do with energy when there is so much left over? In a hybrid discussion, experts would discuss what wind energy policy should look like in the future.
